These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KZ77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and KZ77 (hereinafter referred to as "KZ77", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kz77.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

Access to and use of the KZ77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account use:
To access the Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on official identity documents such as a CNIC or passport), date of birth, email address, and contact details.
Upon registration, you will be required to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. KZ77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
You agree to notify KZ77 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] (plain text reference — not a clickable link) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
KYC Verification: KZ77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport for Pakistani users; proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be uploaded only through KZ77's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never submit altered, obscured or falsified documents.
KZ77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time pending the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree that:
All deposits to and withdrawals from a KZ77 Account are subject to the payment terms, processing windows, minimum and maximum limits, and fee structures displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Users should verify current cashier information before initiating any financial transaction.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. KZ77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified or where the deposit is made from a payment account held in a third party's name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case an alternative method may be arranged at KZ77's discretion. All KYC requirements must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
Processing Times: Processing windows for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to KZ77's internal review processes. Indicative processing times are displayed in the cashier. KZ77 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Currency: Account balances at KZ77 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual processing currency may vary depending on the payment method and operator configuration. Users should verify applicable exchange rates and conversion fees in the cashier prior to transacting.
Anti-Money Laundering: KZ77 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. KZ77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any User account at any time, to request source of funds documentation, and to suspend or terminate accounts where AML concerns cannot be adequately resolved.
KZ77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.
KZ77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling existing commitments to Users who have already legitimately claimed a promotion.
All bets, wagers and gaming rounds on the KZ77 Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general terms. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by game, market, sport, and User account tier. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
Bet Acceptance: KZ77 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet reference or confirmation within the Platform's interface.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an obvious pricing error exists; the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or any other circumstance arises that makes settlement of the bet materially unfair. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.
Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets: Cricket betting is KZ77's primary sports offering for Pakistani users. Markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan cricket are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports rules section of the Platform. KZ77 references PSL, ICC and Pakistan cricket as sports contexts only and claims no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC, or any cricket team or player.
Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connectivity. KZ77 shall not be responsible for bets placed based on outdated odds where a significant event has occurred that KZ77's platform has not yet reflected, provided that such a delay was caused by factors outside KZ77's reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KZ77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent termination, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted:
All content on the KZ77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, data compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of KZ77 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content; reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any Platform software; or removing or altering any proprietary notices on Platform content.
KZ77 does not reproduce, claim affiliation with, or commercially exploit any protected logos, official marks, or emblems associated with Pakistan's governmental bodies, national sports organisations, the PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports franchise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KZ77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses; loss of data; loss of profits; business interruption; or any damages resulting from errors, delays, interruptions or failures of the Platform.
KZ77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or compatibility with any specific device or software environment. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
KZ77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond KZ77's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or changes in applicable law.

KZ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where KZ77 reasonably determines that the User has: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false information during registration or KYC; engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud or harm to the Platform or other Users.
Upon termination for cause, KZ77 may withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation. Where a balance remains after all investigation is concluded and no grounds for forfeiture exist, KZ77 will return verified funds to the User through the original payment method where practicable.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting KZ77 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link). Self-requested account closures will be processed subject to any outstanding verification or wagering requirements being resolved.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KZ77 holds its operating license. In the event of a dispute between you and KZ77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through KZ77's internal customer support process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support within a reasonable time, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified in KZ77's operating license jurisdiction. KZ77 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from gambling activities, and does not acknowledge the authority of Pakistani courts to adjudicate gambling-related claims where such jurisdiction is excluded by the governing law of the operator's license.
KZ77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KZ77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users through account notifications or email communication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested from KZ77 support and are retained for a reasonable period.

Each User may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal access is granted. Minors found using the Platform will have their accounts closed immediately.
Every bonus at KZ77 carries a wagering requirement, maximum stake rule, game contribution table and expiry date. Claiming a bonus without reading its specific terms is the most common source of disputes. Always check the promotion detail before accepting.
You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. KZ77 will never ask for your password through email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Using another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account to fund your KZ77 balance is a breach of these Terms.
